Children

Children (typically ages 4-6) are taught at a slower pace with an emphasis on behaviour and self control. as the child progresses more complex techniques and thought processes are taught until the time the child is ready to advance to the Junior level.

Junior

By far the largest segment of most martial arts schools, Juniors (ages ~6-17) are taught at a faster pace than Children and are given more complex and physically demanding techniques to master.

Adult

Adult classes are limited to 18+ years of age; More control and range of motion techniques are taught in these classes, and the pace is slowed to match the abilities of the class.
